DGI 2010

Defence Geospatial Intelligence (DGI) is Europe's largest annual gathering dedicated to high-level discussion addressing the major challenges of the defence and government geospatial intelligence community.

Joined by over 600 participants, from 36 international countries, Blom Aerofilms will be appearing with Major General Bruce M. Lawlor who will be discussing the recent developments of aerial imaging techniques such as Pictometry.

UTG Exhibition 2009

Due to be held on the 26th of November the Underpinning Transformational Government exhibition is fast approaching. UTG provides a great way for professionals from Local Authorities, Police, Fire and Rescue Services to network and discuss emergent technologies.

Blom awarded coastal survey of Corsica

Blom Aerofilms is proud to announce that a new bathymetric LiDAR survey of the Corsican coastline has been commissioned to provide information about ongoing coastal erosion as well as to assess the impact of manmade structures both on future erosion and navigation safety.

Data capture and processing for the new Corsican initiative is expected to be completed by January 2010.
