PICTOMETRY LISENCE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT VIRTUAL WINDOWS

Microsoft will license Pictometry data for entire Europe. Information from the Blom Group will form the basis for their next and updated version of
Windows Local Live.

Blom is proud that Microsoft found that Blom`s products and capabilities best suited for Windows Local Live. Blom is confident that these new services from Microsoft will form the basis for a new generation of geographic information on WEB based portals.

The 5 year license agreement opens up for extended use of the database provided by Blom, to also include services and products for B2B applications. The parties will work towards an agreement for the terms for such additional
applications.

Blom will cover all cities exceeding 50 000 inhabitants in 23 European countries, by April 2008. In total more that 900 cities will be part of the database, that will be the first of its kind in Europe, and it will be offered to other public and private companies on commercial terms.
