1990 – Foundation of the GeoTec Vermessungsgesellschaft mbH in Prenzlau
1997 – Introduction of a quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO EN 9001:2000
1999 – Formation of the GeoTec group by foundations of the MIDIC GmbH (Jena and Halle) and NODIC GmbH (Neubrandenburg and Hanover)
2000 – 10 years GeoTec – the company has more than 80 employees
2003 – Structure of representative offices of the company in St. Petersburg/Russia (GeoDor – Service) and Vilnius/ Lithuania (GeoTec – Baltija)
2004 – Introduction of a digital aerial cartographic camera UltraCamD as well as development and launch of the internet-assisted information system “CAMTRIXX – The digital aerial photo archive“
2005 – A company of the BLOM ASA (Norway) following interest exchange
2006 – Commissioning of the CAMTRIXX servers “Emergency GIS System for the island Sumatra“ at the Indonesian Federal Land Survey Office after the tsunami disaster
2007 – Renaming to BLOM Germany GmbH with the head office located in Neubrandenburg
